The 'eating season'...Thanksgiving....Christmas....New Years is here.
Food is offered by friends and relatives to enjoy the holidays.
Stores, supermarkets offer plenty of displays of food with beautiful advertisements.
Temptation is too much.
We are at the mercy of great tasting food.
And we eat it...and eat it.
Resistance is useless.
And the waist line expands.
Best bet is to increase your exercise schedule with longer walks around the neighborhood.
Get out and get some fresh air.
Gyms have all the equipment. But gyms are indoors.
Isn't the purpose of exercise to get outside and breathe the fresh air.
Why drive to a gym? Drive to go exercise?
That is silly.
Why pay for a membership?
Walk to the park.
Your taxes already paid for the park.
Increase your walk by 10% each day.
In seven days you will feel better. More energetic.
An your clothes will fit better.
I find that my Eddie Bauer kakis fit better when I exercise.
Yours will too.
Go for a walk during the 'eating season.'
